In the 80’s, the Chicago Street Machines, later the Illiana Street Machines held picnic parties in The Eggers Grove Forest Preserve. The picnics featured muscle car street machines of all kinds. This is a street race between me in my 68 Chevelle and that Mopar that was delayed by the Chicago Police. Source
